Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are printed using ColorForge Technology, RM Transfers and Stickers' extended-gamut printing process.  This advanced technology delivers richer tones, sharper details, and more vibrant color than standard CMYK, bringing your artwork to life with depth and precision.

Dimensions

Total length of your gang sheet will vary but minimum length will be as ordered. Actual film width is 23.5" with a 22.75" printable width. To ensure quality, gang sheets may be partially or fully broken down prior to shipping.

RM Transfers and Stickers uses instant peel film technology. Place, Press and Peel. It is that simple!

Pressing Instructions

Temp: 270–300°F

Time: 10–15 seconds

Pressure: Medium to firm

Peel: Peel immediately, after it cools, or any time in between.

2nd Press: Repress with parchment paper or teflon for a softer finish and to lock the transfer into the fibers of the garment.

Care Instructions

Transfers on film should be stored in a cool, dry location. Care should be taken to avoid damaging the ink/adhesive.

As with all heat applied transfers, decorated apparel should be washed in cool water and dried on a low setting (inside out). Care should be taken to avoid additives such as fabric softeners and bleach. Heat and additives can significantly impact the longevity of the transfer.

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground

• Print ready orders placed by 12 pm will be shipped same day.
• Larger orders may take additional print time and may not ship until the following day, so please reach out if you place an order over $200 and need it to ship same day.

• Print ready orders placed after 12 pm will ship the next day.

• We ship Monday - Friday, so if your order comes in after 12 pm on Friday, it will ship Monday.
• We do offer expedited services upon request, so please reach out if the standard shipping options won't work for your order.
