Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rmtransfersandstickers.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Trade-Only / Business Use

RM Transfers & Stickers is a trade-only supplier. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for business/resale purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, policy violations, or supply constraints.

4. Turnaround and Shipping

Most orders ship in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Shipping speed and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Artwork, Files, and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork and confirming:

• Correct sizing and placement

• Color expectations (including that screens may display colors differently)

• Spelling and design accuracy

• Compliance with our file requirements (if provided)

We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-supplied files, including low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, or design errors.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content you submit. You agree not to submit content that infringes third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it only as needed to produce your order and provide customer support.

7. Production Variations

Because printing is a manufacturing process, minor variations may occur, including slight color shifts, placement tolerances, and trimming differences. These are considered normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

If approved, our remedy may include a reprint, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

9. Heat Press Application and Care

Application results depend on equipment, settings, and technique. You are responsible for following recommended application instructions. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper pressing, temperature/pressure/time settings, or garment incompatibility.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security

• Misrepresent your identity or business

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without permission

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by RM Transfers & Stickers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Transfers & Stickers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RM Transfers & Stickers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your submitted content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where RM Transfers & Stickers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
